Get a firm grip on corporate finance – from theory and models to real exam problems

Learn to understand and apply the models of corporate finance instead of just following templates. In corporate finance, knowing the formulas isn't enough. You also need to know when to use each model and method, how they connect, and how to apply them to a specific problem. This is often where things go wrong at the exam: you know the formula but don't see that it's the one the question is asking for.

That's why the course combines core theory with calculations and exam problems. We cover the topics in a set order, so your understanding of the subject builds step by step. At the same time, you get better at solving exactly the kinds of problems you'll face at the exam.

The course runs over 60 hours. That leaves time to go into depth, ask questions and work through problems yourself along the way, rather than rushing through the syllabus.

We go through the material thoroughly and work with examples and problems throughout. The focus is on the approach, so you can use the methods yourself and aren't tied to a fixed template.
